Fantastic supplement for growing kids
My 10 year old son is shortest in his class and we read that extra protein can help. So we ordered both Vanilla and chocolate protein shake to add 1/2 scoop to his milk, twice a day. Taste not so good
I’m not sure how effective it is cause my kids didn’t have much because they didn’t like the taste, it’s like kids formula! I tried to add some flavor to it like cinnamon & other things that made the taste a bit better but if your kids are picky tasters you might need to play with the flavor. I hope thy improve the tast of it.

Helps to push height during puberty years
My children had always been relatively short for their age, but during their puberty years, I make sure I do all I can to help accelerate their growth. I come across this and the children love the taste. They have been taking for about a year, my girl was 13 when she first started and has shown the most growth, about 10cm in one year. I Observed Sudden Growth on My Son
In my previous review, I mentioned there was no change observed in him. After two bottles (with many breaks in between), I see sudden change of height (3-4cm). Helps me fall asleep and go back to sleep
I bought this for my teenage son to help him have better sleep. I am not sure if it helps him because like most teenage boys, he does not provide me with many feedback (even when asked). Best Protein Shake for Kids
My 12 year old son is on the lower percentile for weight so i've been looking for ways to help him grow, he is also a picky eater which makes it more difficult. Awesome and effective

Sleep well
After taking the gummy, my kids went to bed early. No longer I have to remind them of their bed time. They taste good as well so no need to remind them to take their gummy. I can see small improvement in height, but hope it will keep going, the kids are on the 2nd bottle now.

Helps me fall asleep and go back to sleep
I bought this for my teenage son to help him have better sleep. I am not sure if it helps him because like most teenage boys, he does not provide me with many feedback (even when asked). Anyways, I use it for myself on some occasions when I have trouble sleeping. I notice that this will help me sleep longer and go back to sleep when I wake up to go to the bathroom. I sometimes use this in addition to melatonin.

First time

Best Protein Shake for Kids
My 12 year old son is on the lower percentile for weight so i've been looking for ways to help him grow, he is also a picky eater which makes it more difficult. A friend told me about TruHieght so I decided to try it, and it's been so useful for us. My son loves the chocolate flavor he says it tastes like chocolate milk and he gets a lot of protein and vitamins and minerals when he takes it. Content good, taste can be changed with other ingredients
My kids (age: 5 and 10 years old) tried the product with only water but they were not impressed by its taste. However, we mixed it with milk and Milo, and they liked it. They have been drinking it daily basis . Still monitoring whether it helps their growth but so far I am pleased.

I really wanted to succeed with this protein shake
The ingredients are top notch, the reviews are outstanding, but my kids complain about the taste and refuse to drink it. I bought both tastes. The only form in which they do agree to consume it - it is in a shake. So once in a while some of does goes in. But certainly not on a daily basis as it should. Better than nothing. So, I'll not repurchase although it could be very beneficial for them.

I got this for the first time for my teen son. He said the taste is amazing unlike other powders. It’s not gritty and doesn’t have that nasty aftertaste of aspartame or sucralose. Fantastic supplement for growing kids
My 10 year old son is shortest in his class and we read that extra protein can help. So we ordered both Vanilla and chocolate protein shake to add 1/2 scoop to his milk, twice a day. Son doesn’t mind the taste. In 1.5 months, he grew an inch! Not sure if it’s coincidence but we will continue to buy it.

Taste not so good
I’m not sure how effective it is cause my kids didn’t have much because they didn’t like the taste, it’s like kids formula! I tried to add some flavor to it like cinnamon & other things that made the taste a bit better but if your kids are picky tasters you might need to play with the flavor. I hope thy improve the tast of it.
