Just wanted to share with you why I can't get enough of this app. The shopping experience is top-notch, especially when I'm browsing for water bottles, tumblers, and other insulated items. I love the exclusive deals available only on the app, along with the early access to new product launches. The wishlist feature and order management within the app make my life so much easier. The app is fine. It's the customer service that's lacking. I ordered a personalized Mother's Day Series . The inscription was wrong, and I informed them . They were supposed to correct it, well they corrected the spelling of the name and then they put a comma in a name that was supposed to be Hyphenated. They told me to return it. Their system won't let you return an engraved item, so it's still sitting here since May. I'm not a happy camper

I love The Coldest water bottle. Exactly as advertised. Keeps drink very cold for 36+ hours. I have the Purple Nova Limitless 46 oz. There will more than likely never be another water bottle for me. The app is easy to use and user friendly. Absolutely no issues with the app since installation. 5☆ as far as I'm concerned. I forgot my Instagram handle is rebekaholiver66.
