The product Ive purchased “baby jogger double pram”is even better then how Ive expected . It came perfectly packaged and nothing damaged. Also the delivery time was very quick . My babies are enjoying their new journeys with the pram . Also i had appreciated the chance to pay with instalments otherwise I would never be able to afford it .

I ordered an ickle bubba pushchair, it arrived sooner than expected and it was the lowest price as I did my research. The colour I wanted was only available on this website with no extra fees as I was comparing prices.

I came across your site through a Google search, trying to find the picnic benches I wanted.
I was a little apprehensive, as I always am when purchasing through an unknown company, but couldn't have been more pleased with the service.
I ordered at 18.00 on a Friday and received my benches on Sunday morning.

We had the most wonderful visit to Winstanleys to purchase our pram, ended up leaving with a bundle including car seat, swing and a next to me crib. Staff were knowledgeable helpful and extremely friendly, we had our 4 year old daughter with us and the staff treated her really nicely. Allowing her to feel special and help herself to treats and sweets in the store.

It was my first time visiting the store with my partner and Mum to look for a travel system for our first baby.
We visited the Stoke Store and were greeted so warmly as soon as we walked through the doors.
Heidi was the lady who dealt with us and she was so lovely and helpful. She was there if needed and let us have a good look around.
When we approached her for help she listened attentively and took on board everything we felt we wanted/needed for a travel system.
She was so confident and seemed well experienced and knowledgable about all the different brands and functions of all the travel systems we asked to try out.
Heidi was thorough in explaining how each system operated, by providing us with demonstrations and in dept information about everything included. Heidi explained how we could mix and match to suit our needs.
After trying out multiple systems and asking various questions, Heidi helped us settle on the one perfect for us! I didn’t anticipate finding the perfect one especially on our first visit to this store. We had not been anywhere else and decided we would definitely be ordering from here.
We spent a good amount of time with Heidi, and decided that we wanted to wait before actually placing the order, Heidi did not make us feel like we wasted or took up too much of her time. She really made this experience a good one for us.
We returned to the store some weeks later and Heidi remembered us which was really nice.
This time we were served by Molly who was just as helpful as Heidi.
Molly again let us have a good look around and showed us another demonstration of the Joie travel system we were keen on. This helped us to refresh our memory and made sure before ordering that we had ticked off everything we required.
Molly also helped us to choose a lovely baby changing bag and asked if we had anything else left to purchase. She recommended a rocking crib and showed us all the details and specifications as they didn’t have this to view in store.
Molly worked through our order with us in a timely manner and ensured we were made fully aware of the next steps such as delivery etc.
Molly kept us updated with our order till delivery and went out of her way to reassure me that my order would be delivered on time.
Our order was recently delivered which along with the customer service we received is another reason we are writing this review- we are so happy with every purchase we made.
The travel system is exactly the one we wanted, with no faults or issues.
Both the baby changing bag and crib that we purchased on recommendation are beautiful and perfect for us. Considering that we did not see these items in person, we are highly satisfied with the look and quality.
Molly and Heidi were lovely ladies that made our experience a great one!
I will definitely be recommending this store to family and friends.

Avoid at all cost send items in horrendous condition. 100% be sent back prior to me receiving looked used. Complained and got the option to send back at my cost if they will refund me a pathetic amount. Joke off a company what a way to treat a first time customer.
