The Air Still Pro is a small-batch, 2-in-1 distillation system that allows you to craft high-quality light and dark spirits. The genius feature Air Still Pro is that you can switch between both pot and reflux mode. With a multi-purpose condenser and interchangeable distillation tips, the Air Still Pro enables you to produce clean, neutral spirits at up to 90% ABV in reflux mode and make flavoursome and botanical-infused spirits at up to 80% ABV in the pot still mode.

Reflux Distillation with the Air Still Pro

Reflux distillation is highly efficient and allows for the separation of alcohol from the fermented wash with great precision. The resulting spirit from a successful reflux distillation using the Air Still Pro is a very pure, polished neutral spirit.

The ideal base for flavouring or blending using Still Spirit essences. Essentially a blank canvas to make absolutely any spirit you like.

Reflux distillation requires careful control of temperature, flow rates, and reflux ratios to achieve desired results. The Air Still Pro has this covered with automatic foreshots collection (the heads) and precise temperature control polished neutral spirit at 90% abv.

Pot Distillation with the Air Still Pro

Pot mode distillation, often referred to as "pot still distillation," is a traditional method of distillation used to produce various spirits, including, gin, whiskey, rum, and brandy.

Pot still distillation is known for producing spirits with distinct flavours and characteristics, as it retains more of the original flavours and compounds from the fermented wash. This is why it is commonly used in the production of gin, whiskey and other artisanal spirits, where flavour complexity is highly valued.
