From Antalya airport to hotel was lovely, taxi wait for us till we got the big bags.

From hotel to airport I wasn’t happy instead of 5 am morning taxi came late 5.40 in airport I nearly missed my
flight, Antalya airport is not organised for so many tourists so my advice do not change time and pick your costumers early!
If you pick us up 4.30 that will be great. My fly was at 9 am 12/5 and was not enough time.

I have used Holiday Taxis many times and am always impressed. This time I went for a premium shared shuttle but was actually driven in a luxury car both ways, not shared at all. I fear the taxi driver may have been waiting almost 2 hours because the flight was delayed and it took ages to clear immigration. The ground operators do an amazing job.

Dont take the driver who names is yousen.

My driver called me when I landed and asked where I was. When I told him I was waiting for my luggage. He said oke i wait by the coffee shop.
He wasn't there. I texted him that me and my dad where there and he said he will come to me. He came 15 minutes later. I gave him the paper and he looked at me. Do you want this back?. He said.
No Its for you. He took my luggage and almost sprinted to his car. I was just of a flight. When I asked him if he could walk slower. He said that I shouldn't worry becouse he was waiting for me. I said to him tbat I was just off a flight. Yeah dont worry. He throw my luggage into the car and said step in.
Like wth?.
My dad needed to put his seatbelt on and struggled with it becouse he was already driving away
. He drove like crazy. Took calls on his phone and did other things on it while driving.
When we arrived
He putted us not by it but we had to step out by the street!! Its a very busy street and just drove off.

Avoid at all costs …..

Avoid at all costs …..

Don’t make the same mistake as we did ….

We booked it all over the phone and seemed ok.

When we got to Dubai , was a horrible horrific experience was pushed to the side and told to wait over there with loads of other people .

We found our name which was on a board with loads of others then whilst waiting they the organisers were shouting and continuing on the phone every seconds was just a shambles after 10 minutes of waiting went to ask when are we getting picked up for the man to say we’ve been called already when clearly not there was 4 adults all waiting to be called .

When a man said follow us it was like something out of a horror movie , no one knew what was going on .

We finally got to a place where he said you go with him we booked a 7 seater with a car seat snd ended up with what looked like a football team mini bus with about 19 seats and no car seat which we couldn’t believe travelling with a one year old. The van was so old and smelly with no air condition my family felt sick in it.

Whilst away I contact the company to say please can you bring the car we booked and please have a car seat as my one year old we don’t feel safe with her not strapped in . Long and behold the van turned up and with no car seat.

Just be very careful when booking this company as it’s so unorganised and awful people and horrible cars / vans

there was no driver at the airport of…

there was no driver at the airport of Barcelona, after 3 times a call with the emergency number, the lady said: arrange your own transfer in can not help you... send an e-mail for refund.....
what about the way back? i asked.
Arrange it yourself was the answer....

Do not use this company

Absolutely awful experience with Holiday Taxis. We originally booked a 20 seater coach transfer to and from airport to our hotel. I received a call a couple of days before travel from the customer service team saying g we had to upgrade to a bigger coach (30 seater) as we had bike boxes. We paid the additional money for the bigger coach. On arrival at the airport we were then held at ransom by the local supplier saying we had to pay extra for our bikes. It then quickly became apparent that there was no 30 seater coach, not even a 20 seater but a 16 seater minibus. After wasting nearly 2 hours of our holiday we just about managed to get to our hotel (unsafely) in the 16 seater. However, it gets worse. No coach even came to pick us up at the hotel for our departure leg. I called the emergency number and it was admitted there was a mistake. We then had to pay over €200 for emergency taxis so that we wouldn’t miss our flight. These taxis were overladen and unsafe given we had bike boxes but we couldn’t afford to miss our flight. Now I’ve been waiting nearly a month for the investigation which was absolutely appalling and didn’t even read the complaint or listen to any of the recorded calls (all are recorded btw, even HT’s calls with their suppliers). I still haven’t had a refund for the service which wasnt provided nor the taxi costs we incurred as a result. It’s impossible to speak with anyone in customer services and they don’t respond to emails which is the only way to reach them. The situation is ongoing and I’m still trying to have the case reopened and there be a proper resolution. I’ve asked to speak to a manager. Nothing yet. Absolutely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service. I strongly advise you don’t use this company.

Service exceptionnel

Service réservé pour le transfert de l'aéroport de Rhodes (Grèce) vers mon hôtel. Service irréprochable (horaire, prestation). Arrivé à mon hôtel, celui-ci était... fermé pour travaux (merci mon opérateur...) Holiday Taxi a su me diriger vers une solution avec réactivité et sans supplément le jour J, et a pris l'initiative de m'écrire pour anticiper la modification de mon transfert retour aussi. La grande classe. C'est ce que j'appelle du service clientèle. MERCI !
I booked service for the transfer from Rhodes Airport (Greece) to my hotel. Impeccable service (schedule, service). Arrived at my hotel, it was... closed for renovations (thanks to my operator...) Holiday Taxi was able to direct me to a solution quickly and without extra charge on the day, and took the initiative to write to me to anticipate the modification of my return transfer as well. Top class. That's what I call customer service. THANK YOU!

Driver left before 60 mins up - time not sufficient time to get through border control

Booked to collect 4 people in larger taxi from Athens airport for flight scheduled to arrive at 13.45. Queued at Border control for 45 minutes and rushed through baggage only to find the driver had left, saying we’d gone over the 60 minute wait time. We were the first through on our flight so am not sure how we were supposed to get through in time - this seems to be a scam as apparently Athens border control regularly takes this long to get through. The driver called me at 14.32 but I was unable to answer immediately as I was about to reach the passport counter. I don’t think the police would have been impressed by me answering my phone!! I called back immediately once through at 13.38 but the driver did not answer. I sent a text at 14.41 to say we had our bags and heading out but again no answer. I contacted the supplier and was told the driver had gone to another job!!! I was very upset and shocked. We ended up having to get two taxis privately outside the airport - which actually turned out to be cheaper than the one large taxi we had booked. I’ve complained and they have replied to say the flight landed at 13.38 so we went over the 60 minutes!! I cannot believe how unhelpful they’ve been - we had no idea that the flight had landed early and I was actually happy that I’d made it through before 14.45 - an hour after schedule! We were the first to leave our flight and walked quickly - vulnerable and elderly would never have made it through in time in 60 mins so it feels like it’s impossible to get through and they make every effort to leave quickly! Rubbish business model if it’s not possible to get through. Apparently you can pay a premium for 75 minute wait. I’m disgusted. Do not use - it’s basically a scam to take your money!!

Tenerife …

Not so happy with the Journey from the airport to our resort when we arrived. Very confusing, waited a long time for it to come and it ended up being a van type of vehicle.Brilliant service on our journey from resort to airport yesterday

We got on the coach I sat in the seat…

We got on the coach I sat in the seat behind the driver couldn't move my legs as was something under the seat couldn't move as driver was very aggressive if anyone stood I have been in agony since as I twisted my knee trying to sit comfortable been two weeks Monday still in agony now

absolute rubbish - unreliable do not use

absolute shite. paid for ride that never arrived. had to pay for a very expensive taxi ride to the airport. they would only refund the original ticket price and not the cost of the taxi. they even state their provider got confused about the dates so didn’t turn up but won’t provide compensation. what a joke do not use ever

Stay clear

This company is a joke! Airport bus took 2 hours to arrive, when it did there was 30/40 people waiting on it, they sent a 10 seater mini bus, the rest of us had to wait another 30 mins on an actual bus. When we were going home the bus didn't show up, gave them half an hour, phoned and the lady hung up on me. A rep from another company heard me, he phoned them was told they couldn't get a driver to come for us & it would be another 30 mins. They couldn't get a driver so they had to send a local taxi to take us to the airport. Don't waste your time with this company.
