We had the most wonderful visit to Winstanleys to purchase our pram, ended up leaving with a bundle including car seat, swing and a next to me crib. Staff were knowledgeable helpful and extremely friendly, we had our 4 year old daughter with us and the staff treated her really nicely. Allowing her to feel special and help herself to treats and sweets in the store.
Pramworld made my very indecisive mind into a very calming and reassuring one. I was served by a member of staff who showed me told me everything I needed to hear, making choosing my pram a very easy choice. My first baby is due in the beginning of May and in a world full of so many options for babies, I’m certain I made the right decision for me, helping to make life easier and more enjoyable for when baby arrives!

Great price on the BabyBjorn bouncer I’d had my eye on for a while. Additional discount code on top of sale price was really handy and can’t believe how quickly it was delivered!! Ordered Saturday morning and it was delivered Sunday afternoon! Thank you

I visited Winstanleys Pramworld yesterday. As a wheelchair user, trying to find a pram that works with my wheelchair I assumed I was going to have a hard time. Kim and the rest of the staff here couldn't have made the process any easier. They checked for features I needed, made suggestions and brought various prams over for me to try. They have a weighted doll, which allowed me to check if I could lift a baby from different prams.
Upstairs, is a mezzanine floor, which there isn't a lift to. Again staff brought baby carriers, high chairs etc down for me to see and work out which were most accessible from a wheelchair.
Having chosen a pram, they have recommended booking a car seat appointment, where I can test different ones in my car and see which will work best for me.
I am so glad we were recommended to visit this store. They couldn't have made the process any easier for me. Thank you so much to Kim and the other ladies there for making the process so easy.
I highly recommend visiting the store, they have a great range of products to try out and the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

I would never buy anything from this place they send the wrong product. It was my daughter’s birthday and we realised One day before when we was building it we called them. There was not very helpful Friday I called and they say Monday we collect the wrong item and deliver it on Tuesday which I agree, okay Then dpd they won’t collect it because the parcel is too big. They rearranged it for next day and make sure they collect it. Same thing happen now I’m back and forward chasing for my money because they can’t collect the item.
And the customer service it’s absolutely ridiculous. I wish I would knew there are small company. I would never brought it from them. One star is even too much.

Delivery wasn't very good. My daughter waited in most of the day. Then only two parts turned up. Then they delivered the rest the next day. But we were never told this was happening.

My buggy was ‘delivered’ however not to me as I wasn’t at home and they advised nothing can be done about it. My baby is now without a buggy and I’m down £100

The bike arrived used and with multiple issues (stickers falling off, dents, dirty handle bars). The customer service email was slow to respond and didn’t really acknowledge the issues other than ‘prove it with images’. I’ve got sick of waiting so have returned myself and will probably lose money on the return even though it was faulty.
