Crua Tri Tent

I did a lot of shopping various manufacturers and options. The Crua Tri is a good fit for me. Excellent construction and materials. I live in central Alberta, Canada and this tank of a tent will allow all season camping. Big shoutout to Jesse in customer service who went above and beyond in assisting me in acquiring this tent.

Exceptional service from Jesse

I contacted Crua via website and Jesse emailed me this morning after the long new years week. I put in an order for some items during that new years week and noticed they were out of stock on the Graphene sleeping bags. I emailed them about them then Jesse responded, said they'll be back in stock early February. I asked if I can put an order in for those bags and sure enough Jesse added it to my original order and saved me money on shipping. It might not sound like a big deal but small things like this go a long way. Cheers, Jesse 🤙

Excellent Tents

I had an issue with one of the products I purchased. Crua's customer support team went above and beyond to make it right and get me back into the woods as fast as possible. These are quality tents from a quality company.

I have field tested and enjoyed the Crua Core (with Culla Family) and Crua Duo Maxx (with Culla Maxx). Recommend both and will be adding another to our setup soon.

Would also like to mention that the Crua Core works quite nicely with two side-by-side smaller Cullas for those less-than-intimate situations.

Excellent tents. Excellent customer service. 100% recommend.

Incredible Service

I’ve never had service like I’ve had with crua outdoors- I could not believe service like this still exist these days. Jesse went well beyond duties- I needed a Duo Maxx flysheet but of course the procrastinator that I am- I was a day late and a dime short- Crua just had a massive sale and they were sold out of almost everything- including the flysheet I needed- I contacted customer service and asked about said flysheet - I was answered back with - I’m so sorry but we have sold out- and probably won’t have them back in stock for a year- I asked about returns or used equipment which sometimes people send stuff back-
Without knowing what I started- A search began- I was sent an email from Jesse that it was the busy time of year and if I could be patient they would let me know if they had something - Well days went by- I’m assuming I’m just doomed not to have one until next year or so- I checked my e-mail later in the day and I had received an email from Jesse stating that some where found but without boxes-and was that alright? I replied with an astonished yes- Two days go by and Jesse sends me another email saying that a brand new one was found… in a box- Somehow it had been over looked- and that they would be sending it to me as soon as I paid the invoice- which I did instantly and it is on its way
as I’m writing this… So Thank you so very much Jesse for taking your time out and helping a customer with a 30 dollar flysheet- I won’t forget the incredible service I have received from Crua and always have received -

Warranty claim

I submitted a warranty claim because one of the spreader bars ripped through the seam. I'm bummed that it happened, but that part receives a lot of tension. The warranty claim process was very simple many thanks to Jesse! I received the shipping notification for the replacement and I am pumped to get back out in the woods. Thanks crua for standing behind your product and customers!
