About The Procedure Why Sculptra? After Treatment Care

Sculptra Aesthetic (injectable poly-L-lactic acid) offers unique, stimulating qualities to the body’s natural collagen production, providing improved life, appearance and plumpness.

Sculptra may last from 1 to 5 years. Most areas of treatment will require 2 to 4 sessions, usually at 4 to 6 week intervals, for optimal correction.

Massage the injected area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days to prevent nodules from forming.

I am writing this review because it is important to know what the process is right after a procedure like this. I went in for a BootyFix, I feel that the information of what to expect right after was not clear. I told there might be "minor" bruising however mine were very visible and hard to hide. I say that because I asked if I should get it on a holiday summer weekend and I was told "yes" If I would have been advised to leave it after a long weekend when I expressed, I was going to be lounging by a pool I would have waited to do it during the week. Also, on the first day there was no bruising BUT the product was clearly visible through my clothing of where the injections were added, like actual lumps on my butt. I was told to do the 5/5/5/ massage but again I wasn’t told how painful this could be and uncomfortable since you have to use your hand in a fist and try to massage your booty for 5 min straight (imagine the position) They were trying to upsell me to get like 20 vials or something but I refused and I am glad I did , I cannot imagine what my booty would have looked like right after. I avoided alcohol and excretes, I started working out 48 hours later. I just did the treatment about 5 days ago so I am not sure what the final results will be. But I will update the review in a few months. The front staff were very professional and nice.
