Spoke to customer service before ordering online to make sure they had in stock the item (babyzen yoyo2), which they confirmed and indicated when the order would be dispached.
Super quick and efficient as the pram arrived the day after.
The pram was exactly what I expected.
The staff at Winstanley have been so helpful. They gave excellent advice and guidance with the purchase of a baby car seat. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use them again

It’s a twin pram and was restricted to it being in stock to view so went to see a friend that had the pram. Then ordered online. Packing was damaged with a leak of shampoo but all contents was fine, can’t wait to use it
We really liked this shop. Wide variety of products and really helpful staff. We were guided by Jayde and she was excellent, very knowledgeable but not pushy. Good value as well. Excellent service all round.

I wonder where this company got the audacity to take my money without letting me know in advance the item is on preorder and the waiting time is over 2 months.
I find this to be dishonest behaviour, it should be mentioned in the title / description, not after purchase, not even in the body of the email, but in an attachment asking me to check and see if it is in stock.
