How Much CBD Should You Take for Sleep?
Your CBD dosage completely depends on the product you’re taking. Check your product label for the recommended serving size. For first-timers, we recommend cutting that dose in half the first time around to gauge how CBD affects your body. Also, note that edible products, such as CBD gummies and CBD capsules, can take 30 minutes to two hours for the CBD to enter your bloodstream (depending on personal bioavailability factors). Sublingual CBD oil products get into your bloodstream quicker, usually within 15 to 30 minutes.

All of our delta-9 products are made with full spectrum CBD oil. This oil contains trace amounts of THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol. The legal THC limit for hemp oil products is less than 0.3%. With our delta-9 sleep products, we’ve gone back into the full spectrum oil and added extra THC to bring it closer to the legal limit. This means extra THC relaxation benefits for you!
