New Era Cap

App has always been my preferred way with New Era. however, recently I'm running into really weird problems. under MLB "teams" list, I can select any team EXCEPT the Oriole's, which is one of only 2 MLB teams I purchase for anyways. also, if an item sits on a certain portion of my screen, tapping it will do nothing. getting annoying enough for me to resort back to the website temporarily.

App is trash! I've spent at least a 1 ,000 on hats and every time I buy a hat it says sign up for rewards. Every time I sign up purchase after purchase. I don't get any rewards. I've been signing up since the reward program started but have not one reward point or however they do rewards. When I go to rewards it has me sign in. I sign in and it brings me to the sign up page again. App is broke, rewards got to be fak, if not check my purchase history. Yall owe me reward points

The UI needs a lot of work. I can't find the same products that I can find on the website. Scrolling is horrible. When scrolling down a list, it will reset back to top of the list instead of load more products in the list. It just not as user-friendly of an app as it could be. It's not an enjoyable experience to use the app. Lists should have the ability to show as a grid as well as a single-column list.
