Glad to finally see an app. Just makes shopping for hats a lot more easy. Has worked perfectly fine so far. Being able to pick through sports and collections is very convenient. I do wish there were more filters. Shopping by size would be great filter. Overall a very general app, but it beats having to go to the website.

When I recently placed my order and was ready to check out and applied my coupon it took off the 20 percent at that point I realized that there might be something else I liked so I decided to check out the following day when I went to check out the coupon was gone when I went to reapply it wouldn’t let me I tried various other coupons and wouldn’t let me apply however if I would’ve checked out the night before the coupon would’ve applied the coupon was not expired so therefore I will not be doing any future business with you and not recommending anyone to this company matter of fact when my order comes I will be sending it back this is not good business practice I am very disappointed I hope someone takes out the time to actually read this

A beautiful thoughtful working app, but it lacks the simple things. Maybe it is just my version….i double checked to make sure it was up to date (and it is). 1. Where are all the college drop downs 2. Why is it that most of the new “Collections” doesn’t include the Texas Rangers? 3. When you ship high dollar hats and carriers that we love, think about how you would want to receive them. It’s a collection that you work hard for. It’s a clean addiction with a beautiful product. Love us like we love you. 👊🏽

The it’s alright it’s self, it’s just (maybe it’s just for me but) that when I search for a specific color or item I’m pretty sure that it just recommends stuff they want you to buy so but overall the app it’s is pretty neat, but you’ve got fix the search like just today to search for powder blue hats it showed me Dark Green 59FIFTY fitted hat or 40th anniversary black gremlins hat so you need to fix it so people will want to use the app more and search what they want to find not what you want them to get.

I had purchased on two occasions and had no problem. But the last time I purchased it took 11 days to process the purchase. They made the shipment which took 7 more days. The shipment was made by UPS, according to the report they did not find my address and delegated my package to USPS and USPS sent my package to another state and I have no more information. I trusted that it is a company recognized worldwide, I trusted that their processes were well done. But to date I have not received a response from them, I can not claim or refund because that can only be done when I have my order.

You know what’s not great? When you choose a section to shop in and the page loads 5-10 times. It’s something you should be embarrassed about and should have found in routine testing….the kind you do when you care about your customers. You know what else is not great? Seeing a cap you like in a New Era ad, then choosing the “click to see more” and then doing that, having the app open to a different section and not being able to find the cap you were interested in. And while we’re at it. How can you buy a hat online successfully anyway? The quality assurance for cap size consistency has been garbage since the 90s, and hasn’t improved. I have caps sized bigger than others that somehow fit too snugly. Bigger sizes should actually be bigger. Garbage.

My friend showed me this app and barely got it I took it off and got it again but for some reason it won’t let me put my Gmail and password like I just got it and thought if I took it off and got it again maybe it will work but still doesnt idk if it’s my gmail or something but I need help with this
