To make a return, please use the link above to create a return. For orders within the United States we will send you a free USPS return shipping label. Just print the label and attach it to the original box and give it to the mailman or drop at a post office.
We are not able to provide shipping labels for international orders, or reimburse international shipping expenses.
Please use the link above to create an exchange. But if you're in a rush, we recommend simply placing a new order for the desired replacement size and return the unneeded merchandise by creating a return. Please contact us for size advice or to request multiple sizes to try on.
If you place an order to be delivered to a destination outside the United States please be aware that the shipping fee does not include duties, taxes or import fees, which vary from country to country. For example, England charges import tariff of about 40%. We cannot advise or assist with import duties in your country, please do your research.
In the event that you need to return or exchange your international order, please be advised you are responsible for shipping the product back to us and the costs of shipping it. If you place a new order, you have to pay the shipping again.

The full length women's wool coat Florentina is an exceptional example of classical European fashion. Although inspired by the traditional Austrian (trachten) overcoats meant for wearing over evening dresses by ladies attending balls or concerts, the Florentina was designed with authentic Müller bone buttons in order to give it a more casual flair, appropriate for a variety of occasions.
The Florentina also stays true to its Alpine heritage with the exquisite all natural Loden wool construction. The centuries old Mehler Mill in Bavaria was chosen to produce an incredibly soft, brush finished Loden wool for the Florentina coat. The Loden is comprised of 90% extra fine virgin wool fibers blended with 10% extra fine Alpaca wool for a water repelling, warm and cozy fabric. Not to mention a beautiful drape that will keep its character for generations.
Careful attention was also paid to the backside of the Florentina which is complemented by an inverted pleat from the waist down starting below a sewn "falscher Dragoner" in the Austrian fashion lexicon.
The frontside of the coat features a fine green trim all the way from the hem to and around the notched collar. The four button closure stops just below the hip to allow comfortable movement even when buttoned closed to block the wind on a chilly day.

For reference the size 4 in the Florentina has 15.35" (39cm) shoulders and runs 60" (132cm) from high point of the shoulders to hem.

Tell us about yourself I am 74 years, retired for quite a few years, and living in not-so-warm-these-days North Carolina. (I’m a Jersey Girl by birth, though, and miss the Garden State every day.) I enjoy reading and the company of my Labrador Retrievers. I am a runner and I compete in distance events. (“Compete” may be a bit of a stretch, but I show up and pound out the miles — I’ve completed 23 marathons since my first one in 2012. ?)
What other products would you like to see us carry? A version of this coat that is about 6 inches shorter and perhaps with red lining and accents.
