All vehicles have aircon and heating making your journey nice and comfortable on the way to your destination. Each car and minibus has an ISOFIX perfect for families, add on car seats when booking your transfers too for additional costs. Without extended wait times our driver's wait fort 75 minuets from when you land.

Our customer service is open 7 days a week and we aim to provide you with the best service possible. All negative reviews are looked into to make sure our customers have the best experience when booking with HolidayTaxis. Easy to book and good service

Easy to book, easy to book child and baby seats . Pick up office was easy to find and driver was also there for us . Driver helpful and good journey to hotel . Better than coach transfer.

Don't use Holiday Taxis in Faro.

This concerns a transfer from Faro airport to the hotel.

--While driving rather fast on the highway, the driver shows the two young women sitting next to him all sorts of videos on his phone of entertainment in Lagos.
-- A little later, his wife calls, crying. Okay, it happens. Then someone else calls, clearly very angry and during ten minutes yelling very loud, probably the one why his wife called before. Then his wife calls twice again and the angry man also.
-- In the meanwhile a man and a woman are dropped off at the wrong hotel. They walk to the hotel and make it back to the taxi just in time to warn the driver. Luggage back in, couple back in. The correct hotel is miles away. Would have been terrible for them if the taxi had already gone not knowing where they were.

I travel as a solo traveller 7 or 8…

I travel as a solo traveller 7 or 8 times a year this was the worst transfer ever encountered after being directed from one end of tenerife airport to the other twice I was asked to stand at stop 63 I then waited 2 hours standing waiting for a bus to turn up whilst other buses pulled away I landed at 10.15 pm and arrived at my hotel which was a 45 min drive at 2am .Return journey ..my flight was at 9pm they picked me up at 4.20 ???? never again !!! hoppa for me

Terrible journey to the airport

One driver from this company shouldn't work for a company where you have to be on time. He deliberately drove slowly just because I wouldn't let him stop for a meal. At first, he claimed he couldn't drive any faster, even buses, when everyone else was overtaking him. Then, when I told him I had to be at the airport on time, he said I should order in advance, as the company determines the arrival time. Then I asked who would pay for the ticket if I was late, and he started laughing and said TaxiHoliday. I barely made it to the plane and had to run with my baby in my arms. I'm terribly dissatisfied with this trip.

The collection from the Airport and Hotel 17th - 24th July 2025

The collection from the Airport on the 17th could not be faulted. The driver was very friendly and efficient and drove in a non aggressive manner.
The collection from the Hotel on the 24th was a slightly different matter. The driver was on a private call for most of the Journey and actually dropped us of at the wrong terminal - Terminal 1 instead of Terminal 2. This did not cause much trouble to us only a 350 metre walk.

Couldn't care less

After arriving at Marco Polo Airport, Venice on the above date our driver was not waiting for us. As per the booking instructions, we called the local number for your supplier (Gea Transporti Srl.) on +39 3477203567. The call handler apologised, then said they would call the driver. When we called back after 5 minutes we were told that the driver was stuck in traffic and would arrive in 20 minutes.

After waiting for 40 minutes we called back. The same call handler said he would call the driver again. When we tried to get back in touch our call was rejected.

We then called the UK number (+44 1273 828 220) and spoke to Ed. He advised that he would try calling directly and placed our call on hold. After 10 minutes, Ed rejoined the line advising he couldn't get through either. He apologised, but said the only option was to arrange our own taxi from the airport and either the journey would be refunded, or the initial booking would be cancelled.

I am severely dissatisfied at the service and response. The whole purpose of arranging travel in advance was to avoid the stress and hassle of arriving in a foreign country, not speaking the language, and trying to get from the airport to our accommodation. It was felt that our situation was completely dismissed, and little care or attention was given other than a figurative shrug of the shoulders.

⛔️ AVOID at all cost!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was fine, but the return transfer back to the airport never arrived. We spoke with an employee by phone at the time, and were instructed to take a private taxi (£70) with a promise of reimbursement. We complied—but weeks later, we received an email claiming their partner did turn up—despite our attached call logs proving otherwise. They refused to refund us.

If we hadn’t had access to a phone and the extra £70, we would have missed our flight!

Absolutely recommendend

The transfer was very reliable, safe, and pleasant. Everything was uncomplicated and absolutely inexpensive. We used the shuttle service on Corfu, which you should book a few days in advance.

Ottimo servizio!!!

Abbiamo usufruito del servizio navetta da Portocolom all'aeroporto di Palma di Maiorca e la gestione è stata davvero ineccepibile: dal servizio clienti, che risponde celermente e in italiano, all'autista che ci ha accompagnati.

L'unico appunto riguarda l'ottimizzazione dei punti di raccolta: dopo averci presi, l'autista si è fermata di nuovo appena 150 metri più avanti per un'altra famiglia in un albergo vicino. Sarebbe stato molto più sensato indicare un unico punto di raccolta per tutta la zona

We made use of the shuttle service from Portocolom to the airport of Palma de Mallorca and the management was truly irreproachable: from the customer service, that responds swiftly and in Italian, to the female driver who accompanied us.

The only note regards the optimization of the collection points: after having taken us, the driver stopped again just 150 meters further for another family in a nearby hotel. It would have been much more sensible to indicate a single collection point for the whole area

NEVER AGAIN - worst service ever experienced

South Korea - we were told that our drivers would wait for us with a sign - no such thing - we had to find the drivers all over the airport or hotels.
The timing given by Holiday Taxis was totally wrong - we arrived hours to early at the airports !
As they are about 5-times more expensive than any UBER and they send you an UBER-driver, I have no clue why one would use HolidayTaxis.
All in all - NEVER AGAIN.

Customer service doesn't exist

I used HolidayTaxis couple of times and they were great until... I had an issue with my booking.
I made a booking BRDGPW for a private transfer in Turkey. I also paid extra for a child car seat.
We had no issues on the way to our hotel but on the way back driver arrived without a car seat. He said that nothing he can do about it, that no one told him that car seat is needed so we had to travel back to the airport without it.
When we returned home I opened a claim (ID 2793432) with HolidayTaxis. I didn't ask much, just a partial refund for missing car seat (extra that we paid for!). Customer service replied that they will start investigation and Turkish taxi company will be involved. Then I heard nothing!
I gently reminded HolidayTaxis about my claim 11 days later and to my big surprise no one came back to me.
It's been 14 days since I complained about missing car seat. No communication from HolidayTaxis whatsoever!
It's not a big money but lack of respect to their customers, no intention to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
I had few succesful booking with HolidayTaxis before but this one would be my last once.

Stranded in Majorca

Holiday Taxis Left Myself and My 11 Year Old Granddaughter Stranded in Majorca,
Missed the Coach, We were out there waiting at the Correct Time !!
Had to Pay 48 Euro to get to Palma Airport,
Holiday Taxis gave Me a £24 Refund....
Not Good Enough I'm afraid.

Pay attention to your mobile regularly

Holiday Taxi worked a treat again. Trip from Krakow Airport to hotel. No driver at arrivals as expected on documentation, but driver did contact me by phone to arrange immediate pick up. They were just outside the airport car park. A little confusion here. Mini bus was good, driver was very professional.
Trip from hotel back to airport trouble free. Contacted beforehand to know who to expect and the reg. Again, very professional.
