Left stranded at Girona airport on my own with 2 kids at night, no snow from Holiday Taxis. Called them 40 mins after flight landed to be told they had no record of my booking. I have email confirmation and even a reminder message from them and then the next day I get a ‘please give us feedback’ email!!! I gave them the reference HTX-25206794 and repeated my name about 10 times, spelt it out, gave them all the info on my record including the amount I had already paid but nothing. No offer to re- arrange/re-book, look into it further - just nothing on my system!

Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I booked airport transfers through TravelSupermarket, which (without making it obvious) used Holiday Taxis—a decision I deeply regret. After repeatedly chasing for confirmation of my booking and receiving no clear communication, TravelSupermarket finally passed me onto Holiday Taxis, who were shockingly disorganized.

I spoke to a representative named Isabelle, who was dismissive and unhelpful from the outset. She claimed there was no booking under my name, and brushed it off saying, “this sometimes happens with TravelSupermarket.” How exactly is that my problem as the customer? Her attitude was arrogant, and she even got my name wrong in the email—then blatantly denied it when I pointed it out.

I asked to be rebooked or for a resolution, and was coldly told I’d need to rebook myself and wait 7–10 working days for a refund of the £133 they had already taken from me. No apology, no urgency, no accountability—just a robotic response that screamed “not our problem.”

As of now, I’m left without transfers, out of pocket, and forced to make alternative arrangements at the last minute.

Holiday Taxis and TravelSupermarket have shown zero care for the customer experience. If you value your time, money, and sanity—book with literally anyone else.

Booked a transfer to a hotel which was accepted. Received email weeks later saying can't go to this hotel but offering pricier transfers, got a refund. As a test booked again to same hotel which was again accepted but at €30 higher price. Form your own opinion from that.

Have used holiday taxis for a number of years and have always found it a good reliable service , prices are reasonable and a smooth return journey which gives you peace of mind my bookings have always been straightforward and I will be looking at booking again for my next transfer

We booked a private transfer from Airport to Hotel for Reus Airport. On arrival in the arrivals hall there was no driver waiting for us. We waited 45 minutes but no show so phoned the supplier as directed on the booking voucher. After 14 minutes on hold at international calling rates we were advised our driver was stuck in traffic and was 15 minutes away. We waited a further 40 minutes when the driver eventually turned up with a pre-translated statement on his phone saying he had been at home, did not know about the job and had not eaten. No apology and not stuck in traffic as advised. He still insisted on a tip when we got to our hotel which we reluctantly paid just to get rid of him. So, we eventually arrived at out hotel almost 2 hours later than originally planned. Won’t be using this service again.

Excellent service. Kept up to date at all times. Punctual service, even hunted me down at Menorca Airport when I was trying to find the right bus after being given the wrong bus number.

There are plenty of other transfer services much better. Drivers are incredibly rude and far from accomodating. Had a recent transfer that fell to pieces and very unhappy. Considering the exorbitant you would expect not to be left stranded at airports. Woeful

We've used Holiday Taxis many times and they have always been excellent wherever we've been. This time the transfer from the airport to the resort went as smoothly as expected. However, the transfer back was not so good. Turned up nearly half an hour late with no explanation and no apology. Then stopped to pick up a snack from a roadside vender on route. He realised he wasn't going to get a tip after this so turned off the aircon in the back for the rest of the trip!!! Sour experience to end the holiday with.

Had taxi booked with Holiday Taxis through agent at Cape Town airport. Got WhatsApp message to say waiting before we got off the plane. After clearing immigration and picking up luggage he had gone. Not what you want after a 16 hour flight to a strange country! Things got worse as taxi we then found ripped us off for £200!

From Antalya airport to hotel was lovely, taxi wait for us till we got the big bags.

From hotel to airport I wasn’t happy instead of 5 am morning taxi came late 5.40 in airport I nearly missed my flight, Antalya airport is not organised for so many tourists so my advice do not change time and pick your costumers early!
If you pick us up 4.30 that will be great. My fly was at 9 am 12/5 and was not enough time.

My driver called me when I landed and asked where I was. When I told him I was waiting for my luggage. He said oke i wait by the coffee shop.
He wasn't there. I texted him that me and my dad where there and he said he will come to me. He came 15 minutes later. I gave him the paper and he looked at me. Do you want this back?. He said.
No Its for you. He took my luggage and almost sprinted to his car. I was just of a flight. When I asked him if he could walk slower. He said that I shouldn't worry becouse he was waiting for me. I said to him tbat I was just off a flight. Yeah dont worry. He throw my luggage into the car and said step in.
Like wth?.
My dad needed to put his seatbelt on and struggled with it becouse he was already driving away
. He drove like crazy. Took calls on his phone and did other things on it while driving.
When we arrived
He putted us not by it but we had to step out by the street!! Its a very busy street and just drove off.

Have used Holiday taxis twice now. Slightly cheaper than what was on offer with the online travel agent.
Easy to navigate the website and easy to retrieve the booking information.
