Petmania is excellent. I very much like their website and a great number of their products. Their prices are good, and my order was shipped and arrived quickly and accurately. However, their approach to cyber security leaves much to be desired. I signed up for a Petmania account and received an email confirmation that my account had been created. No problem with that, except that included in the email were my username, email address, and password - all in plain text. In this day and age, using a procedure like this that includes the user's password in an open text email, is asinine and unacceptable. I brought this to Petmania's attention but have not yet received a reply (my account was created on April 15, and it is now April 18; Petmania may not have had time to reply to a more complex complaint).

I ordered a dog cushion online for 24.99 plus 5.95 shipping. It arrived quickly, but the price tag said: 17.99
No more petmania for me and my pets. That's too much of a price difference in my opinion.

Brought my puppy to the puppy care class last saturday morning (they run every 4 weeks) highly recommend anyone to go, its great to socialise the pups but also gained great information in how to care for the puppy, and also we were all given a care pack which included food and treats which was VERY much appreciated

Amazing staff.
I ordered online and when I went in to collect my order, it was ready and i was helped out to my car with it. I have not told any of the staff that I have a disability with my back as I hate asking for help.

This cake was rock solid, couldn’t cut it properly and for the price would expect a lot better, there is much better ingredients for dogs out there, threw most of it away as i could feed this to my dog

I would have given 5 stars but one of the items in the package was spilled all over the box despite the efforts to try to wrap them carefully and properly the end was out of one and it was all over the box and all over the plastic so when I opened the box it made a huge mess
