Free & Easy Wanderer (Xiao Yao San) is comprised of 8 herbs and is considered a foundational formula in Chinese herbal medicine that has been used for hundreds of years and remains incredibly popular within the Chinese herbal medicine community still to this day. Named after the roaming Dao-ists of times past, who moved in a “free and easy manner” (relaxed and emotionally unfettered), the herbal combination relaxes the mind and spirit.

White Peony (root)/Bai Shao

Poria (fungus)/Fu Ling
Seen naturally growing across the roots of Japanese pines, this white fungus is known to “quiet the heart and calm the spirit,” or in other words, helps with stress and even insomnia.
Tangkuei (root)/Dang Gui
