Fantastic Sleep Formulation!
When I have those 'toss and turn' nights, this is what I turn to! Works so well and does not leave you feeling drowsy when you wake up (refreshed!) in the morning! I've not found a better product for assisting with sleep! Also great for jet lag!
Deeper Sleep
I used this product for 7 nights and experienced deeper sleep all of the nights. I found that it helped to turn down my racing mind, leading to an easier time falling asleep. It also tastes good and is easy to take.
